Transparency is understood as the full accessibility of the data and information relating to the organisation and activities of the public administration.
Italian Legislative Decree No. 33 of 14 March 2013 establishes the principle of transparency, aiming to facilitate citizen participation and promote widespread oversight of institutions’ activities and the use of public resources. It seeks to ensure knowledge of the services provided, prevent corruption, and enable comprehensive monitoring of every stage of performance management.
In this section, the data, information and documents relating to the Cagliari State Archives are therefore published, in accordance with the relevant regulatory provisions and the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organisation for the 2025–2027 three-year period.
Art. 11, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree No. 150 of 27 October 2009, “Implementation of Law No. 15 of 4 March 2009 on the optimisation of public-sector work productivity and the efficiency and transparency of public administrations”, establishes the obligation for each administration to publish – in a dedicated section of its institutional website – information on all aspects of its organisation.
