Timescales, costs and implementation indicators for the Cagliari State Archives’ investment projects
Public administrations fulfil the publication obligations set out in Article 9-bis of Italian Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, as amended, by transmitting the data, information or documents in their possession to the administration responsible for the relevant database. They must also publish, in the Transparency Portal section of their institutional website, a hyperlink to the database containing the relevant data, information or documents. This is without prejudice to the right of administrations to continue publishing such data on their own websites, provided that it is identical to that transmitted to the database.

The Cagliari State Archives fulfils its publication obligations in the Public Administration Database (BDAP), established at the Ministry of Economy and Finance pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree No. 229/2011, in its capacity as a “basic user” of the Ministry of Culture.
