Strengthening the digital accessibility of the holdings of the Cagliari State Archives through the installation of mobile and fixed devices. This also includes the creation of multimedia content for users with sensory and cognitive disabilities.
Open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the service “Strengthening the digital accessibility of the Cagliari State Archives’ holdings through the installation of mobile and fixed devices and the creation of multimedia content for users with sensory and cognitive disabilities”. This is carried out pursuant to Decree-Law No. 77 of 31 May 2021, converted with amendments by Law No. 108 of 29 July 2021, and the Italian Legislative Decree No. 36 of 31 March 2023, and is to be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. It falls under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) – Mission 1 – Digitalisation, Innovation, Competitiveness and Culture, Component 3 – Culture 4.0 (M1C3) – Measure 1 “Cultural heritage for the next generation”, Investment 1.2 “Removal of physical and cognitive barriers in museums, libraries and archives to enable broader access to and participation in culture”, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU_Ministry of Culture.
