Service quality charter

The Service Quality Charter meets the need to establish principles and rules governing the relationship between administrations that provide services and the citizens who use them.

It is a genuine pact with users, and a tool for communication and information that enables them to learn about the services offered, the procedures and the standards promised. It also allows them to check that the commitments made are honoured and to express their views, including by lodging complaints.
